How to Apply For Funding

1. Make sure you meet eligibility criteria.
2. Contact your campus representative who will give you all forms, information on correct procedure, and notification of approval/denial. Some applicants may teach a course at more than one of the Maricopa Colleges. It is required that the application and necessary paperwork be submitted to only one college.
3. Complete the application form (available below). Attach seminar/workshop/conference information, including applicable fees. All information must be provided. The application must be pre-approved prior to activity attendance.
4. Enter estimated costs. Travel and meals within Maricopa County are not reimbursed. If traveling out of Maricopa County, allowable rates for lodging, meals, and incidentals are posted at the MCCCD Travel Reimbursement Rates page.
5. Reimbursement requires original receipts. Receipts are not required for meals.
6. If funds are awarded and you cannot attend the approved activity, please contact your campus representative as soon as possible so the unused funds can be made available to other applicants.
