The concept for the MIL evolved from conversations with the learning@maricopa.edu Team and the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching.
The MIL Fellowship is modeled after the Pew Scholars National Fellowship Program, a Project of the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching.
Faculty and higher education can get smarter about learning and teaching by contributing to one another's practice.
