Enter the search terms in the "keyword" field and set the scope to look for those words in the discipline area, the credits, the title, the description, or all fields. You may also choose to restrict your search to within one Maricopa college. search for keyword in the field created at college sort by newest title

Hints from the warehouse crew... "Go from general to specific!" Start your searches with one or two keywords, and then modify once you see the number of results.

The results of a search are a list of package titles and brief descriptions. Each result one will link its full record recorded in its packing slip (see one of the randomly chosen packages above for an example of an MLX packing slip).

Search Hints:
For example, to find all packages that contain references to the subject area of "English" we would enter in the keyword field English, select Discipline from the fields menu, and leave the colleges menu selected for All Maricopa colleges. [see this search in action]

On the other hand, to see all packages that involve someone from "GateWay Community College", leave the keyword field blank, and select GateWay Community College from the colleges menu. [see this search in action]

To see all packages where the title contains "Nature" that are from Mesa Community College, we put Nature in the keyword field, select Title from the fields menu, and select Mesa Community College from the colleges menu. [see this search in action]

Finally, to search anywhere for the keywords "critical thinking", select All Fields from the fields menu, and leave the colleges menu selected for All Maricopa colleges... [see this search in action]
